Pricespotter: How Much For This Remodeled 1905 Capitol Hill House?

Take a guess at the asking price

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What Is It?: 5-BR, 4-bath Capitol Hill house built in 1905
Home Square Footage: 5,697
Taxes: $14,353
The Skinny: Originally built in 1905, this Capitol Hill classic got a studs-out remodel in 2002 by JAS Design Build. They've certainly maintained a lot of that original charm but they've also updated it, especially in the kitchen where it's warm and inviting. Lots of potential upstairs with the bedrooms and converted attic spaces. Could be kid's rooms, could be office space, could be something else entirely. Out back is a pleasant yard with a paver patio and hot tub.

So, knowing all of this, how much do you think they're asking for it?
