Last Week's Biggest Sales: Broadmoor 5-BR Finally Sells For $5.15M

Last week's big real estate sales took place in Seattle's Broadmoor neighborhood as well as Yarrow Point and Bellevue

Listed for: $6.45M
Received: $5.15M
Size: 5-BR, 5-bath, 9,180 sf.
Location: 3414 E Shore Drive, Broadmoor
The Skinny: We remember when this one first listed in April 2014 for $6.45M. That price wasn't right and it went off and on the market a few times in the years since. The most recent listing was this past January at $5.75M and apparently that price was right. It went pending two months later. The 1926-built house features a wine cellar, game room, workout room and pool with outdoor kitchen & bar.

Listed for: $5.26M
Received: $5M
Size:
Location: 4616 95th Avenue NE, Yarrow Point
The Skinny: Unlike the top sale this week, this home barely made it a couple days on the market. Two, exactly, before it went pending. This luxury Mediterranean-style estate features multiple terraces to take in that lake view, not to mention a big grassy lot and private dock out back. The master suite opens to an enormous, private view terrace of it's own with a hot tub.

Listed for: $3.99M
Received: $3.625M
Size: 4-BR, 5.5-bath, 6,420 sf.
Location: 9426 Lake Washington Blvd, Bellevue
The Skinny: This 2013 home features a huge great room and includes a gourmet kitchen, home theater, fitness center, sauna and wine cellar. The master suite is enormous and includes a private walkout balcony, en-suite with fireplace and walk-in closet. It went pending within two weeks and got just slightly under asking price.
