When you think of Magnolia, you probably don't think of farmhouses. But the 3-BR home at 3841 35th Avenue W was built so long ago (1908), it was back when they actually had farms there. Times have changed and so has the house, but those changes have been very good to the 2,090 square-foot residence, which just listed for $599K.

Just from the front view you know what you're getting into. The salmon pink with green trim exterior paint sets the tone. Inside, each room has a distinct personality and color scheme. The bright blue living room. The warm yellow family room. The eclectic kitchen. The vintage eating area. And the classic bedrooms above them all.

Outside, plenty of gardening space with a stone pathway and raised beds ready to go. There's also a greenhouse as well as a large garage currently being renovated into a single-car parking/workspace.
