Big Reveal: $1.5M for this artsy Queen Anne rambler

That price doesn't include however much all that artwork inside would fetch

Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price for this 3-BR, 2.75-bath, 1954-built 3-BR in Queen Anne. Apparently the artistic interiors of the house confused the guessers cause we didn't get any. So we'll just go ahead and tell you that its asking $1.5 million.

This 1950's rambler is located on the South Slope and its owned by an artist (gee, what gave it away?). They've made some adjustments to make parts of the home feel like an art gallery and integrated artwork into just about every room and section. The spaces are big, windows and skylights make everything bright, and the rear deck provides some outdoors relaxation space. Looks like there's a basement MIL as well with it's own kitchen. If you're interested but don't have any artwork to fill this place with, get to paintin'...

So now that you know how much they're asking, do you think the asking price makes sense?
