Kirkland Left smart house lists for $2.4 million

The 3,223 square-foot home includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two car garage, but also so much more

Last year when the Chris Pardo-built house at 6520 NE 129th Street hit the market, we said it looked like a modern dollhouse as a part of a performance art piece.

Turns out that home was actually called Kirkland Center and part of a three-residence plan owned by Unique Design & Construction that also includes Kirkland Right, which sold for $2.2M in 2015, and Kirkland Left, which just hit the market asking $2.388M. While Pardo was the architect, Unique Designs Visions and Inna Dudko designed the homes.

The 3,223 square-foot home includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two car garage. But its the kind of place you kinda have to see to understand. A modern, glossy look throughout, the home is full of colorful touches in the form of a unique kitchen backsplash design, a ruffled hallway wall, and a full-length photo in the shower that takes you out to nature. And as with the other Kirkland projects, there's too many windows here to keep track of.

Technology is part of the sell as well. LED lights and a system of ECO-lightning are included. The home also includes a Smart Home system complete with iPads from which to run it as well as security cameras just in case.

Up top on the roof deck, enjoy the sunset from a comfy chair or while dipping in the hot tub.

Coincidentally, Kirkland Center is still on the market at $1.99M, down from the initial $2.15M ask. Center or Left, pick your spot in Kirkland.
