Need a Squirrtle? Tacoma home touting Pokémon Go hotspots

Want to make your house stand out in this market? Talk up the kind of Pokémon roaming your backyard

It was only a matter of time, right?

This 1,640 square-foot, two-bedroom in Tacoma looks nice enough. Built in 1947, it looks like it needs some updating but could otherwise be a good starter home if you go in on the $275,999 "Make Me Move" price on Zillow. But what would make someone focus on this house over the many others currently available around town?

Well, they'll be sure to focus once they realize just how many Pokémon they might be able to catch and train here. Per the listing:

3 Pokemon Go Gyms, and 5 PokeStops. Confirmed Squirrtle sighting in the backyard, and there may or may not be a Charzard lvl 7 in the neighbors shed.

Don't toy with our emotions, broker babble! If you can confirm a Level 7 Charzard we might find ourselves in the middle of bidding war right now.

So we're going to keep an eye on this listing because we need to know just how strong the Pokémon pull is. Is it enough to make someone actually buy a house? Guess it depends on what kind of Pokémon they've already found.
