The Skinny: It took a little while for this place to find its buyer and, all things considered, it got fairly close to its asking price. Built in 1982 (though some of the rooms feel more 1962), the waterfront home boasts spectacular water-facing views from multiple levels, an indoor pool, and gymnasium. It also comes with 250 feet of waterfront. Do you think this place is $10M-worthy?

The Skinny: This Seattle Heights Condos penthouse looks west and offers some of the best views in the city. Last sold for $3.1M in 2005, there wasn't any kind of depreciation in price, though there wasn't much growth either. Still, it spent all of two days on the market until it went pending so its still a desirable spot. It also comes with three parking spaces and two storage units.

The Skinny: Another interesting price difference from the last sale. This place sold for $4.66M in 2008 but now only listed for $3.45M. Perhaps there was more to the story but that seems like a significant difference, especially considering it ended up getting just over $3M. The Four Seasons Private Residence unit still boasts some stunning views and literally includes five-star hotel amenities.
