The biggest sales in the region last week took place in Medina, Clyde Hill and Bellevue

Listed for: $4.49M
Received: $4.49M
Size: 5-BR, 4.25-bath, 5,009 sf.
Location: Undisclosed Address, Medina
The Skinny: They didn't list the address for this Medina mansion but then again they didn't have to. Listed on May 2, it was pending by the end of the month and sold for asking price. Built in 1963 it's clearly been remodeled since and packs a lot of luxury and comfortable amenities into that space. The view is even out better out back with the multiple decks and stepping lawn to the water.

Listed for: $3.19M
Received: $3.1M
Size: 4-BR, 4.75-bath, 6,735 sf.
Location: 2226 92nd Ave NE, Clyde Hill
The Skinny: Last sold in 2012 for $2.52M, the sellers made back on their investment with this sale. It took a couple weeks but the place went pending and sold for just under asking price. The lodge-like interiors leave a lot of open space to be filled and the place also includes two offices, a wine cellar, and a media room.

Listed for: $3.1M
Received: $2.9M
Size:
Location: 6326 170th Place SE, Bellevue
The Skinny: We noticed this Cougar Mountain mansion back in December when it was asking $3.1M. They came down to $2.99M in January and it eventually sold for just below that. The style is theatrical with dual sweeping staircases, indoor balconies, lots of polished marble, richly painted walls, and arches and trimwork that curves to soften the structure.
