Hope Solo made headlines last week when the U.S. women's soccer team was eliminated early from the Olympics and she referred to the Swedish team that defeated them as "cowards." So let the record show that if you're Swedish and you're interested in moving to Kirkland, you best consider buying someone else's home because Solo's 3-BR pad probably isn't going to go your way.
Solo actually listed the Kirkland house she has called home since 2012 back in July but it went pending on August 8 while she was in Rio for the Olympics. Based on the photos, however, it looks like she's been out of there for a while.
The sprawling 5,330 square-foot estate isn't quite big enough for it's own soccer pitch but there is a sport court so you can play basketball or tennis. There's also an in-ground pool big enough to do some laps as well. Take it easy in the hot tub after all that exercise.
If you've got a lot of cars, no problem. Along with the two-car garage space in the home, there's a detached four-car garage and shop across the driveway. Again, though, if your cars are made in Sweden, probably best to park them somewhere else.
