Flatiron Properties and Johnston Architects present their plans for 442 NE Maple Leaf Place to the design review board tonight for early design guidance.
Plans call for a four-story building with 42 residential units, 22 parking spaces and 14 bike stalls. Most of the units will be in the 430-440 square-foot range with a couple at 556 square feet and 708 square feet. Building features include a rooftop amenity area as well as an herb garden and walking area along the ground-level perimeter.
Close to Green Lake, developers hope to create a complete living experience that is walkable, transit-friendly, and desirable to a mix of tenants.
