PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What Is It?: 3-BR, 2-bath Capitol Hill home originally-built in 1902
Home Square Footage: 2,515
Taxes: $7,887
The Skinny: A classic early Seattle home, it's caught somewhere between Arts & Crafts and Craftsman with a touch of Victorian. The front porch and top-floor dormers keep it grounded in it's past while many interior upgrades bring it forward. The most curious design feature, whose original purpose might have been lost in a redesign, is the fireplace in the entry hallway. Still, that's pretty charming. Fir floors are just some of the wood features that give the main floor's rooms their distinct character. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been upgraded.

So, knowing all of this, how much do you think they're asking for it?
