The Skinny: A classic early Seattle home, it's caught somewhere between Arts & Crafts and Craftsman with a touch of Victorian. The front porch and top-floor dormers keep it grounded in it's past while many interior upgrades bring it forward. The most curious design feature, whose original purpose might have been lost in a redesign, is the fireplace in the entry hallway. Still, that's pretty charming.
