Big reveal: $1.28M for this 1902 Capitol Hill 3-BR?

This classic Seattle home's style is caught somewhere between Arts & Crafts and Craftsman with a touch of Victorian

Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price for this 3-BR, 2-bath Capitol Hill home originally-built in 1902. We saw a guess from user degaussing for $1.4M and that's pretty good. The actual asking price: $1.28M.

A classic early Seattle home, it's caught somewhere between Arts & Crafts and Craftsman with a touch of Victorian. The front porch and top-floor dormers keep it grounded in it's past while many interior upgrades bring it forward. The most curious design feature, whose original purpose might have been lost in a redesign, is the fireplace in the entry hallway. Still, that's pretty charming. Fir floors are just some of the wood features that give the main floor's rooms their distinct character. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been upgraded.

So now that you know, does that price sound right to you?
