We're guessing they added a really nice bidet or something...

Bellevue Towers penthouse unit 4201 has seen some serious price fluctuations over the years. Listed for $5.49M in 2010, it spent the next three years slowly increasing in asking price, eventually reaching $5.536M. Then, the price started dropping, first to $4.45M and eventually down to $3.8M which is how it sold in November 2013.

The new owners either did some serious upgrades or are really hoping to ride the current luxury market (or maybe both) because the place just re-listed for a whopping $13,950,000. For those keeping score, that's a 267 percent increase selling price.

Oh and don't forget the $4,073 per month in HOA dues, which tacks on roughly another $49,000 every year.

According to the listing the luxury condo was indeed renovated in 2015. At 6,398 square-feet, it's a sprawling space that you won't find in most homes, let alone a condo. The place is so big they've set up five or six indivudual seating areas along the living area wall, just in case you decide to turn the place into a nightclub. You've certainly got the room for it.

There's three bedrooms and four bathrooms so no shortage of space for the family. The standout features has to be the walls of windows that give you a 360 degree view of, well, everything.

Outside, you get an turfed private patio with firepit but the truth is that no matter where you are in this place, you're getting an amazing view. That includes that master bath, which might as well be a private spa.

Let's see if they're able to get any bites at that price. The biggest condo sale in the region in the past five years was a $6.2M Escala penthouse in 2013. The biggest in Bellevue? A $6M penthouse at 1 Main.
