The Skinny: This Four Seasons Residences penthouse has been asking $7,155,000 since all the way back in 2010. It finally got it and all it took was six years. According to the realtor, it's the highest sale overall for the month of September in all of Seattle, as well as the east and west sides of King County. We looked around and as far as we can tell we actually haven't ever seen a bigger condo sale in Seattle. Let us know if you see differently.
