Last week's biggest sales: Four Seasons penthouse gets $7.15M

New, 1 comment

The biggest condo sale of the year (for now) closes in the Four Seasons Residences.

Listed for: $7.155M
Received: $7.155M
Size: 2-BR, 2.5-bath, 4,488 sf.
Location: 99 Union Street, Unit 1801, Downtown
The Skinny: This Four Seasons Residences penthouse has been asking $7,155,000 since all the way back in 2010. It finally got it and all it took was six years. According to the realtor, it's the highest sale overall for the month of September in all of Seattle, as well as the east and west sides of King County. We looked around and as far as we can tell we actually haven't ever seen a bigger condo sale in Seattle. Let us know if you see differently. Though it should be noted that this record is going to fall quickly as that $8.8M penthouse in Escala that listed last week is already pending.

Listed for: $4.55M
Received: $4.81M
Size: 7-BR, 6-bath, 5,010 sf.
Location: 815 E Lake Sammamish Shore Lane SE, Sammamish
The Skinny: In three days this place went from listing for $4.55M to pending. Situated on 105 feet of no-bank waterfront, you also get an acre of well-groomed grounds and gardens. Fine features inside as you'd expect; Brazilian hardwoods, outdoor kitchen, Crestron and Lutron interface system controls, and a Sonos system.

Listed for: $4.89M
Received: $4.8M
Size: 4-BR, 3-bath, 4,373 sf.
Location: 1201 96th Ave SE, Bellevue

The Skinny: This place went pending in about a month but it took a while for things to go from pending to sold. The 101' waterfront is a boater’s playground and the house itself is no slouch.
