When completed in Summer 2017, the 357-unit Kinects tower at 1823 Minor Avenue will be adding a slew of new residential, retail, and restaurant spaces to Denny Triangle. For some renters, they’ll get to have a say in what some of those spaces look like.
Security Properties, the tower’s developer, is offering up a pretty unique pre-lease opportunity to high-end renters. As many as six of the 39th floor penthouse units can be fully customized from their empty shell start to a unique floorplan finish.
Depending on how much you’re willing to spend, someone could even combine multiple units or even all six to create a personalized 10,192 square-foot residence.
As is, the six penthouses range from 1,476 square feet, to 2,051 square feet in size, with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms in each. All penthouse units come standard with 11-foot ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious balconies. Where renter choices come into play include anything from lighting and sound system, to choice of cabinets, fixtures and flooring, to incorporating the latest smart home technologies.
Pricing for the six penthouses starts at $6,950 per month. Security Properties also has another incentive for luxury renters. They’re offering penthouse buildout allowances of as much as $100,000, depending on the length of the lease.
Aside from the unique offer, potential tenants might also want to know that the Bumgardner Architects-designed tower will include an indoor rooftop pool, concierge service, and planned rooftop amenities such as a lounge, fire cave, and demonstration kitchen.
