Yesterday we asked you to guess the asking price for the three-bedroom, 2.25-bath home in Cedar Park designed by William J. Bain. Super Swede ended up guessing $1.1 million and that's only slightly high. The actual asking price: $995K.
Originally built in 1927, this Spanish-influenced home was designed by noted Seattle architect William J. Bain. Located on a near-acre lot, this place was built to be both a family sanctuary as well as an entertainer's home. Huge rooms with hardwood floors and period millwork are separated by French doors and other timely features. Things have obviously seen renovations but we appreciate that some of the original tilework remains, especially around the stairs. Out back you'll find lush grounds and a garden that's in great shape.
