A Tiny in Tukwila provides opportunities

Travelers and shoppers take note

Windermere

A Seatac listing with a Tukwila address should give some idea of this house’s location, not quite by the mall or the airport, but close enough for convenience.

The house is simple, a 1942 one story. A recent upgrade though (possibly a flip) means it has been stripped down, built back, and buffed up. Even the living room sparkles, or at least the recessed lights played with the camera.

New stainless steel kitchen appliances are set in white cabinets by white counters. The back splash provides some texture; but whatever color you bring will be heightened by the contrast. The simplicity of the modern range hood does a nice job of matching the minimalism and the modernism.

More tile work and a nice paint job in the bathroom are welcome upgrades as well. There probably wasn’t much to do with the two bedrooms. Those rooms are about all there is because there are only 770 square feet inside, which may be why the price is below average pricing at $299,950

Small on the inside. Large on the outside. The house doesn’t take up much space on the 10,018 square foot lot. That means that adding the two car detached garage still left plenty of fenced space. Leave it as is, garden, maybe install an ADU, or expand. Land provides opportunities.
