Outside is the 2.91 acre lot that a collection of decks, sitting areas, a hot tub, ponds and access to the beach, assuming that’s where those stairs go.
The $2,100,000 house was built in 2002, but it looks like some even more modern touches have been added to continue the break with convention by leading new trends, like the car charging station.
UPDATE: A previous version of this article stated that the home was designed by James Cutler, which was incorrect. It also listed an incorrect number of bathrooms.
