Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, where we explore what you can rent for a certain dollar amount in the Seattle area. We've found six listings within $100 of today's price: $1800.

↑ This one bedroom condo in Capitol Hill with hardwood floors and a common rooftop deck rents for $1795. No pets are allowed, but utilities are included—and there’s a washer and dryer in unit.

↑ If you’re willing to jump a little out of the city, in Tukwila $1850 will rent you a full two bedroom house with hardwood floors, a basement, and a smartphone controlled security system. Apples, plums, pears, and grapes grow in the fenced backyard.
