On the border of Wallingford and Fremont, this first-floor one-bedroom in a small, vintage building comes with gardening space outside. It’s 650 square feet and rents for $1,400 a month on the dot.

In Northgate, get two bedrooms, a fireplace, and an awkward-but-useful living room wet bar—plus a washer and dryer in-unit. The six-unit building is pet-friendly. This 920-square-foot unit rents for $1,395 per month.

This first-floor one-bedroom unit in an updated 1969 building in Interbay features hardwood floors in the living room and a wide roof deck inside 675 square feet. It rents for exactly $1,400, and that includes a parking spot.

This one-bedroom in Delridge looks pretty no-frills, but it does come with 730 square feet and a balcony. It’s pet-friendly and rents for $1,400 a month.

On the north end of Greenwood, this pet-friendly one-bedroom unit with a den in the Leilani (like Leilani Lanes, RIP) has a washer and dryer in-unit. Shared amenities include multiple barbecues, a pool with a waterfall edge, a theater, and a rain garden. It rents for $1,445 a month.

In Ballard, this pet-friendly 1928 studio with hardwood floors, an eating nook, and a huge walk-in closet rents for $1,375.
