In Belltown, this one-bedroom condo in a historic building rents for $1,545 per month. That includes 500 square feet of space, hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, and free parking in an attached garage. Pets aren’t allowed, though.
Just north of Lake City by Jackson Park Golf Course, this two-bedroom, 765-square-foot apartment has a balcony, a fireplace, and in-unit laundry. Cats are welcome; rent is $1,525 per month.
