What $2,600 rents in Seattle right now

Two-bedrooms all over the city

Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, where we explore what you can rent for a certain dollar amount in the Seattle area. We found six listings within $100 of today’s price: $2,600.

Up in Ballard, this two-bedroom loft rents for $2,574 per month. For that, you get a bath and a half, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit laundry, big views, and room for pets. The building shares a roof deck, a dog run and wash, a pet care area, and a community room. Parking for both cars and bikes is onsite, or it’s right on the 18 and 40 lines.

In Wallingford, a whole two-bedroom house built in 1916 rents for $2,595 per month. In addition to the two bedrooms, it has a living room with a fireplace, a basement for extra space, and a cute little lawn out back. Small pets are welcome. It has parking, but it’s a block from the 44, too.

This two-bedroom condo in Capitol Hill’s focal point is a balcony with stunning downtown and water views. The cat-friendly unit has air conditioning and a washer and dryer inside, and it shares a private pool with the rest of the building. It comes with a parking spot in a garage, but it’s close to light rail and buses, too.

In Ravenna by Cowen Park, this two-story, two-bedroom apartment in a turn-of-the-century brick building is renting for $2,650 per month. A spiral staircase separates the two floors; below, there’s exposed brick, and above a fireplace is surrounded by a mantel and built-in shelves. It’s on the 45, 71, and 73 lines; no word on pets.

Head to Fremont—almost to Ballard—for a two-bedroom house with a pretty backyard and deck outside and original hardwood floors inside. It comes with covered carport parking, but it’s on the 28 and 40, too. Pets can come on a case-by-case basis. Rent is $2,650 per month.
