West Seattle

Just south of the Admiral Junction, this courtyard-facing two-bedroom apartment is renting for $2,450 a month. It’s decently sized, at 960 square feet, and has hardwood (or hardwood-ish) floors, in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, and a faux balcony. It also has two bathrooms—including an ensuite off the master. Common amenities include a gym, a dog run and washing station (pets are allowed!), and a roof deck. Car parking’s available for extra (although there’s bike parking, too), but it’s also near plentiful transit.

South Lake Union

On the edge of South Lake Union—kind of Southwest Lake Union—a one-bedroom apartment with a den is renting for $2,450 a month. 820 square feet means a decent amount of wiggle room for a one-bedroom, and, like the West Seattle place, has stainless steel appliances and full-size, in-unit laundry. This one also has a dog park (pets are ok with restrictions), plus a gym, spin studio, and a gaming room. Garage parking is available, but it’s pretty centrally located, too.

Lower Queen Anne/Uptown

In the part of Lower Queen Anne (or Uptown) closer to Interbay, there’s a 693-square-foot corner loft going for $2,495 a month. It’s wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, and has the same suite of new-building amenities that are dominating this price point so far: a dog run, a roof deck, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, a gym. While it’s close to the D Line, there’s garage parking available, too.

Greenwood/Bitter Lake

Switch it up a little bit at the cusp of Greenwood and Bitter Lake—by Carkeek Park—where this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is renting for $2,495 a month, including laundry, a massive kitchen (with a dishwasher), and off-street parking. Pets are fine to come along, and being right on Greenwood Avenue, the 5 and 355 bus lines are close at hand.

Roosevelt

Just over I-5 from Greenlake, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment comes with in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, and 1,007 square feet of space for $2,495 a month. We’re back to those new-building amenities, like a dog wash station (most pets are fine, with breed restrictions), a fitness center, and a rooftop deck—and while car storage is available in the garage, there’s also bike parking and a 67 stop right out front.
