If you look up “luxury condo” in the dictionary, don’t be surprised if one of these photos pops up next to it. Right on the border of the Denny Triangle and South Lake Union, this home in the upscale 2200 Westlake condo tower is a true penthouse, sitting on the very top floor and surrounded by a terrace with sweeping views of Lake Union and the city around it.

The 2,000 square feet of interior space blends seamlessly with the exterior through floor-to-ceiling windows—especially in the airy greatroom, where corner windows follow the wraparound terrace. The kitchen is bordered on either side by formal indoor and outdoor dining space, and glass French doors extend the living area on nicer days.

Two bedrooms each have their own luxurious twist: one has a cozy private fireplace and the other has a private view terrace. If you felt especially fancy—which seems like a permanent state of being in this condo—you could summer in one and winter in the other.

If this condo weren’t plush enough on its own merits, building amenities are predictably luxurious, including a guest suite, a theater, a gym, a spa, and a game room, plus another rooftop terrace for the general population.

900 Lenora Street Unit W1202 is on the market for $1.8 million through Windermere.
