Capitol Hill condo with roof, gym access on sale for $377,000

The top-floor spread puts a premium on light

Unit 615 at 1610 Belmont Avenue in Capitol Hill is on the top floor of the 75-unit, six-floor building.

That gives any potential owner quicker access than most in the property to its sweeping roof deck complete with gas grilling stations. The building also comes with a fitness center and secured parking.

Mostly, though, the premium for the 480-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom is on location, as the Re/Max Northwest listing makes clear. It’s close to the light rail as well as to numerous shops and restaurants. There’s a cost, though: $377,150.
