View as Map

You can't just say you're looking to buy a place in Queen Anne. That leaves way too much open to interpretation. Do you mean North Queen Anne, West Queen Anne, East Queen Anne or Lower Queen Anne/Uptown? You have to be specific. So this week, we're checking out the ten least expensive properties currently for sale in North Queen Anne. Boundaries are set by the realtors. We didn't include any property that's currently in contract. What we do have are condos and homes that range from $245K all the way up to $765K.

The cheapest place for sale right now is a 609 square-foot 1-BR condo on the cusp of Interbay. The west-facing condo features new floors, fresh paint, tile bathroom and all appliances. You not only get your own parking space but also a guest space! Hey, it's Queen Anne, you don't mess around with parking.

Here's a remodeled 617 square-foot 1-BR that's asking $250K. Also close to Interbay, it looks like a normal unit but the smaller complex (12 units) and big outdoor spaces are part of the mix.

2572 14th Ave W Unit 403 ($397K)

A penthouse? Already on this list? Technically-speaking, yes. The tallest condo in this 12-unit building is all yours for under $400K (Down from $437K). You get space, too. 1,227 square feet and two bedrooms. For those views, this is starting to sound like a steal.

30 Florentia Street ($435K)

Not too much to go off of here. Only one photo and no details in the listing, so you might be looking at an investment or tear-down. Seems like a good location, close to Fremont.

8 W Fulton Street ($528K)

Here's a pretty cute purplish cottage tucked away in some landscaping that's probably a nice starter home. According to the listing, it features a level entry, drip irrigation system and "prolific raspberry bushes." There's also a basement with a shop ready to go for whatever raspberry contraption you'd like to build.

2540 12th Ave W ($585K)

We're already getting into the 500K range and things look pretty good from this bungalow. Literally, the view is pretty awesome. Big open spaces inside and some vintage features that may date back to 1911.

3656 13th Ave W ($599K)

Next up is this Cape Cod style townhome that's actually a short sale. It comes with three bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, two gas fireplaces in living & master and a Gecko Airstream 90-gallon jetted soaker tub. Nice views across the Cut to Ballard as well.

13 W Dravus Street ($687K)

1,825 square-foot 3-BR on the downslope close to Fremont. Built in 2007, it's got all the basic amenities you'd hope for. Either the listing photos don't do it justice or there's something special missing cause we're not entirely sure how the look matches the price.

707 W Florentia Place ($694K)

Landscaped grounds outside lead directly into the remodeled living room with its oak floors and centerpiece fireplace. Behind that, a cute vintage kitchen that leads to a large dining deck overlooking the backyard. Spacious at 2,260 square-feet, the price matches the listing this time.

Did things just get super-fancy around here or what? Welcome to a 4 Star Built Green home that can boast a hanging fireplace, walnut hardwoods, 5 burner gas range, quartz counters and designer cabinetry. The view from the rooftop deck ain't too shabby either.
