Yesterday we looked at what you can get for the average rent in a bunch of Seattle neighborhoods, however we left dear old Fremont out of the mix. That had more to do with not knowing their average rental price than wanted to keep them out of the fun. Still, we felt bad, plus we don't want to the Troll coming after us in our nightmares, so today let's take a look at a map featuring the ten cheapest rentals currently on the market in Fremont.

The Woodland Apartments offer a unique opportunity to live in the Fremont area with this restored 1-BR Loft. Originally constructed in 1911, it maintains much of it's original charm such as high ceilings, pocket doors and lots of natural light.
