Bus rapid transit (BRT) line the Rapidride C takes riders between downtown and West Seattle—and for those who catch a boat at the Fauntleroy Ferry Dock, Vashon Island.

It’s a super-packed bus, hitting many points of interest around the area, starting with the West Seattle Recreation Center then heading over to the Junction—the main one, the Alaska Junction—before turning down California Avenue to head to the Morgan Junction.

There, it switches arterials to Fauntleroy and passes Lincoln Park before dropping off ferry commuters at the dock. It keeps going, doubling back east toward Westwood Village and nearly to White Center before ending its run.

Inventory is pretty low around this route right now, but normal stock includes everything from luxury waterfront estates to starter condos. Right now, pickings are a little slimmer—but we still found six notable properties along the route, from view homes to cute fixers.

This cute little two-bedroom fixer by the Morgan Junction has a chunky stone fireplace and what looks like original hardwoods—but it’s also zoned low-rise, so more homes could fit on the property than just this one. It’s listed for $500,000.

What looks like an unassuming 1918 craftsman in the front is a full-on beach view party in the back, with two view decks and a patio overlooking the water from the hillside. Inside, the influence of the remodel is clear—recessed lighting, barn doors—but it still maintains some of the vintage look with hardwood floors and a bannister. The asking price is $1.08 million, down $100,000 from when it was first listed.

The actual two-bedroom Tudor on this property is a fixer, but the grounds are impressive: around two thirds of an acre off Brace Point, just half a block from the beach. The grounds include a “mature arboretum” with flowers and fruit trees, plus boxwoods, lawns, and gardens. It’s going for $950,000—imagine how much it would cost with more house on it.

By Westwood Village, this remodeled 1942 rambler has three bedrooms, a detached garage, a large yard, and potential for a mother-in-law unit. It’s asking $535,000.
