Editor’s note: This map was first published in May 2017. It has been updated with the most current listings.

This week we’re taking a look at King County Metro Route 1, which runs between downtown and upper Queen Anne. While most parts of Queen Anne are pretty well-served by transit, the 1 runs along the western slope of the neighborhood, picking up folks that might not be able to easily catch a bus running through one of the area’s denser centers. On its way to downtown, it hits the major bus hubs of Uptown (or lower Queen Anne, depending on your preference) and Belltown. It also serves both Kinnear Park and the western edge of Seattle Center

Because it runs along the edge of a slope by the Queen Anne Greenbelt, we get a ton of million-dollar views in this neighborhood.

We’ve found six notable homes for sale along the route, from Uptown condos to Queen Anne estates.
