This week we're checking out the ten least expensive properties currently for sale in Alki Point. Boundaries are set by the realtors. We didn't include any property that's currently in contract. Location is the name of the game here, though you'd be hard-pressed to find too many bad ones. A lot of folks move here for the view, and what a view it is, but there's also the beach, "downtown Alki" and the bustling scene on the weekends. While luxury listings dot Alki Avenue and Harbor Avenue, here's ten listings that don't break the bank and actually make living in Alki affordable.

The cheapest option right now in Alki is this top-floor one-bedroom condo. It's a short sale but it's also pretty solid location if you want to be in the heart of Alki. Also comes with one parking spot. large view deck and storage on the same level.

Now we move back off the water to find this front-facing, two-bedroom view condo with dedicated parking. A little smaller at 939 sf, you still get a large view living room that opens up to your own private deck. Plus, you're right around the corner from "downtown" Alki and the beach.

The first home on the list is this 660 sf view cottage. They somehow shoved two bedrooms in here but it still seems to have a decent amount of space. A little rustic, a little past its prime but that also seems to be part of it's charm. And of course, you can always come in, knock it down and build on the prime land.

Listed in January at $498K, they actually got bold and upped the price to $520K two weeks later only to drop it all the way down to $485K. It's a little bit of a fixer-upper but then again it's also got some really nice bones. That dining room in particular is delightful. Lots of space and four bedrooms, too.
