Sonic Real Estate Boom: 12 Homes Already Lined Up For Seattle's NBA Players

We're not even sure if the Sacramento Kings will become the Seattle Sonics yet but some real estate folks are already lining up homes for the millionaire players and coaches that might soon be calling the Puget Sound home.

Realogics Sotheby's International Realty recently announced a partnership with Dingman Group specifically in anticipation of the team move. Dingman specializes in "professional athlete relocation" and the duo are already lining up luxury homes (some with regulation basketball courts included) for their possible clients.
