It's Super Bowl week so how could we not include the Seattle Seahawks in our search? Let's check out the ten least expensive properties currently for sale close to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, more commonly known as the VMAC. The 200,000 square foot waterfront facility in Renton is the Seahawks' training home but let's see where the affordable homes for the rest of us are located nearby. Boundaries are set by the realtors. We didn't include any property that's currently in contract.
