Seattle Met recently made note of the ten hottest neighborhoods in Seattle in terms of real estate. Central District, Pioneer Square and Hillman City are all doing well but it was Ballard that stood head and shoulders above everyone else.

"There are more people wanting to purchase than there are available homes," says Sabrina Booth, a Redfin agent who specializes in the Ballard area.
