The Most Expensive 2013 Home Sales By Neighborhood - South/West Seattle

View as Map

Earlier this week we profiled the most expensive houses and condos that sold in 2013. In both instances, most of the selections were focused on specific neighborhoods (Laurelhurst & Washington Park for houses, Downtown & Belltown for condos). It begs the question…what about everyone else?

We decided to take a look at all the major neighborhoods in Seattle to find out what the ceiling was on home sales in each of them in 2013. Neighborhood boundaries are up for interpretation and we weren't able to cover every single 'hood, but, we tried to cover as much ground as we could.

Yesterday, we looked at North Seattle. Today, lets check out South Seattle and West Seattle. We'll wrap up later with Central Seattle.
