The Ten Cheapest Properties for Sale in Lower Queen Anne

View as Map

This week we're checking out the ten least expensive properties currently for sale in Lower Queen Anne. Boundaries are set by the realtors. We didn't include any property that's currently in contract. If you're wondering if this is going to be a collection of condos, well, you're 100% right. If you're looking for affordable in this triangle close to Seattle Center, you're looking for a studio or 1-BR, though a 2-BR did happen to sneak in there as well. No property costs more than $300K to buy. The consistent message no matter where you live seems to be that you're going to have a great view of the Space Needle, no matter what.
