The Ten Cheapest Properties for Sale Right Now in Eastlake

View as Map

This week we're checking out the ten least expensive properties currently for sale in Eastlake. Boundaries are set by the realtors. We didn't include any property that's currently in contract. "Least expensive" might be a slight misnomer here as we end up looking at properties close to $800K. However, there are certainly a few different options along the way, including some modern townhomes and one floating home. You can't do a post on Eastlake properties and not include a floating home, right?

2960 Eastlake Ave E Unit 214 ($309K)

We begin with a 1 bedroom condo with full views of Lake Union just across from Eastlake Bar & Grill. Located in a 2009 building, the unit offers slab granite counters, spacious kitchen, hardwoods throughout living areas & floor to ceiling windows with 9' ceilings. There's a nice courtyard and rooftop deck to admire the views from (as well as those garden goodies).

3217 Eastlake Ave E Unit 203 ($344K)

This 1-BR takes full advantage of its 880 sq. ft. with a huge living area. Just behind, a kitchen with granite & gas range plus eating bar. The setup of the "dining room" area is...interesting. Master doesn't look too big but does come with a walk-in closet plus full bath with granite & double sinks.

2717 Franklin Ave E Unit 304 ($425K)

For fans of the vintage apartment complex, this refurbished 1-BR inside a 1930 art deco building fits the bill. Brand new kitchen & bathroom. Refinished oak floors throughout. Grand living room w/vaulted ceiling, decorative fireplace, vintage sconces & new windows.

255 E Howe St ($515K)

The first townhome on the list, this 3-BR, 2.25-bath offers lots of space right in the heart of Eastlake. Upstairs there are two sizable bedrooms with a bonus room as well as a guest suite/den. Two decks and a private patio included as well. Located inside a five-unit complex.

2017 Fairview Ave E Unit O ($599K)

We couldn't do an Eastlake property list without including a floating home. First-listed for $695K back in June, it's come down almost $100K since. They're also offering $6,000 towards your closing costs, so clearly they're looking to sell ASAP. Sure, it's not at the end of the dock with clear views, but, it's still a pretty good spot.

2246 Fairview Ave E ($639K)

Looking for something on the eco-friendly side? Here's a Green Built townhome that offers energy-efficient heating and air conditioning ductless mini splits. Everything looks sleek and modern inside while the views are solid from your private rooftop deck.

2248 Fairview Ave E ($664K)

From the same block of Green Built townhomes as the previous listing. Interestingly, this one's slightly smaller even though it's $25K more. Everything looks bright inside, thanks to large windows on both sides and western exposure.

1906 Franklin Place E Unit 203 ($699K)

We're already in the two-level condo zone. This 3-BR offers 1,833 sq. ft. of space and three full bathrooms. The 2000-built unit doesn't have that new shine to it anymore but it's got potential. Plus, the views off of those decks are pretty solid. Good space for families looking for Eastlake living.

258 E Roanoke St ($769K)

Brand new end-unit townhome in a modern community. The 1,443 sq. ft. 3-BR unit offers slab quartz counters, gas range, acrylic uppers, stained floating stairs, hardwood floors, radiant in-floor heat, tankless hot water, double wall construction and private gated back patios.

2041 Minor Ave E ($799K)

We don't usually get into luxury listings like this in the Least Expensive maps but, well, it's Eastlake. This 2-BR condo offers up Wolf & Miele appliances, black granite counters, French doors, two decks, a sunken living room, hardwood floors, brownstone hearth and his/her master closets. You even get your own P-patch outside.
