The property in question is the 23,200 square-foot lot and everything on it at 3608 Evergreen Point Road. Per the listing it's one of the rare "street to waterfront" properties you'll find. The centerpiece is the 5-bedroom, 4,990 square-foot house.
The three big home sales last week happened in Bellevue, Medina, and Mercer Island. The most notable was the sale of Roots of the Pacific Rim, which Seattle Homes & Lifestyle Magazine dubbed it their "Home of the Year" in 2003.
A mere $200K seperated all three of last week's biggest King County real estate sales. The most notable of which was a Clyde Hill luxury home designed by Seattle architect Roger H. Newell in 2004.

Normally we stick to King County when looking back at the week that was in real estate sales but this Snohomish County sale was too big not to include. Along with that one is a $6.7M sale in Medina and a $5.5M sale in Bellevue.
Last week's biggest Seattle-area sales was led by a Mercer Island waterfront home once owned by former Seattle Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren. It didn't get the $4M it was looking for but it did pretty well all things considered.
